Homeschool Portfolio Evaluation Information
A portfolio evaluation is performed annually by a Florida-certified teacher to satisfy Florida requirements for home education. The portfolio should include samples of any writings, worksheets, books, or creative materials used or developed by the student and a log of educational activities that is made contemporaneously with the instruction and that designates by title any reading materials used.
$40 per child
$10 for each additional child
Florida law requires a portfolio to include:

🔆 Titles of reading materials
🔆 Samples of students' work or materials used
FREE mini-consultation is included!
There will be opportunities to discuss ways to strengthen areas of struggle and discuss curriculum options. This is a time for both parent and child to share their accomplishments and achievements made throughout the year.
After the discussion meeting, the signed evaluation document will be sent to you via email for you to submit to the district.
